Received the call today!!!

Options that I am going to order:

CRT
Carbon Fiber Hood Insert
polished wheels
6-speed manual

On the fence about:

1. Micro fiber suede shifter
2. Sunroof

Roof or no roof?
Suede or no Suede???

***I didnt have a roof on my 2011 2SS and honestly will probably never use it.***

Opinions will be greatly apprectiated as soon as possible. I have to get this order to them today.

Thanks,

I would go with the suede package. Forget the sunroof. I like Victory Red over CRT but that's just me. Looks more like a Burgundy Red to me. Get the black wheels!

For longevity, I got the leather. Also am a fan of the polished wheels--timeless in my opinion, black is a fad...Just my very humble opinion. Sunroof? Take it or leave it. I took it!

I would skip on the suede, had the privelege of driving my friends with the suede package and mine without, can't say I think its worth the cost. Think the moonroof takes away from the roof lines, so if you dont plan on using it much delete for sure.

Cant say I agree on the last comment of the black wheels being a fad, personally make the car look that much meaner in my opinion.

Best of luck!!

2. Sunroof (no I hate the way it looks open and it is just something to reduce headroom and creak and rattle later)

Thanks,
you can buy the wheel and shifter aftermaket for $200 or so less than option costs. I almost did this but then I realize that I wipe with $20's so why bother ha ha.

My order moved to 3000 before I got this removed. I though the fact the parts were cheaper and then I could sell my take off it was the better way to go I just called a tad to late.

I personally like them over the leather wheel and knob.

I have 2 ZL1s, one without suede and one with, i personally like the suede, but overtime, on the shifter you will start to rub a shiny flat spot. Both look great. The black leather with the red stitching looks great too.

Black rims for sure. I got them on both cars and they look great get lots of compliments. The brushed look cheap. I have seen them on some of our club members cars, didnt tell them what i thought, but i think they look cheap.

No sunroof. Destroys the lines of the roof. Also, i believe there is a thread on this forum about the paint on the corners of the sunroof cracking or something.

The small cabin feels more open with the sunroof.
