Magnetic oil plug question

Anyone know the correct size for a magnetic oil plug. Saw someone mention a NRG http://www.ebay.com/itm/NRG-M12-X-1-...98d565&vxp=mtr Curious to know if anybody has gone with this one and if the fit / thread size was correct. Thanks

I picked up a Magnetic Drain plug at Advanced Auto around $8. The correct size is M12-1.75, when I put it in during my oil change and pulled it back out before filling it back up with oil, I immediately had shavings on it.
