Stock ZL1 to modified ZL1 with datalogs and dyno sheets

I want to start off by saying I love this car I figured I would share some of our data with everyone here. Maybe it will help others and make it an interesting read for the others. I'm going to post Uncorrected, SAE and STD dyno sheets for both stock and modified. I should be posting some of the modified dyno sheets Tuesday. We're installing Kooks headers with high flow cats, Airair cold air intake, D3PE 2012+ Camaro ZL1 AfterCooler Upgrade Kit, smaller sc pulley and IP calibration tune.

The owner and others wanted to see wheel horsepower in third gear and fourth gear. At the same time it was also to help induce heat soak.

All the data looks like it indicates Torque starts dropping at 4500 rpm in 3rd and 4th gear unless I read it wrong.

Headers and intake baseline pulls were done today, nice gains with just boltons !!!

Round two is finished. We installed Kooks headers, Kooks high flow cats and Airair cold air intake. One thing the dyno sheets will not show. The car feels much better accelerating partial throttle. Tomorrow we will install the smaller pulley. Dyno. Install the aftercooler kit. Dyno. Then finally set it up with an IP calibration tune.

I may not be able to posts the dyno sheets and data until next week. So I am posting a quick update. 590whp @ 12.5lbs heatsoaked without the aftercooler.

I beat the living Hell out of the car for the last few hours. 2nd through 5th gear pulls on the dyno yielded an easy 150 degree intake temps. Heat soaked it did 590whp. Cooled down it did 615whp. It will get an oil change and aftercooler tomorrow.

that's a good video from a phone. what kind of phone did you use? looks like a regular video camera. nice graphs also.

I know this is an older post but did injectors get put in at some point, didnt see them listed and no updates. If so at what point did you need injectors?

The car got sold and replaced by a Nissan R35 GTR :( It didn't have fuel injectors. It had a JMS PowerMAX FuelMAX set at 18 volts.

Going off memory yes it did help a lot. Especially road racing the car for 30 minutes.
