I have the Colgan Bra and I love it !!

They make one with and without a front license plate and has an option for side mirrors as well.

Maybe a 3M Clear Bra is what you should be looking into. These other bra's the very warm temps will make them expand and IMO will do more harm then good. Me I would invest in a clear bra for the protection and looks also.

how does the vinyl bra bad?? If the car already has a few rock chips a clear bra is not really the answer.

I used Painter's tape on my last camaro to preserve the condition of the bumper on a long trip to a car show.

Not the new stretch bras. They're made of a combo of nylon and lycra instead of vinyl.

Get the stretch bra, Dani. The one at Ohio Speed is $160.00 and it can be taken on and off in two minutes. Most leather/vinyl car bras are meant for permanent application to protect the bumper. The stretch bras are different in that they were made specifically for long distance and/or freeway driving and then are meant to be taken off.

You can use it for every show we go to that involves freeway driving much less your trip to Central FL.

You've already got some rock chips on the front bumper I imagine, so unless you want to repaint, a clear bra is out of the question. Not to mention you'll end up spending 300+ to get it installed the right way.

clear bra's are expensive(which is what i have) but i wanted to still see my color of my car vs a black bra on it. few people in here were selling there Colgan Bra for $100ish. from what i read and heard that the black bra's leave marks over time. but i just didnt want to change the look of my car with adding the black bra. both protects, but depends on how u want it to look

If these new Bra's work then it's another way in protecting one's front end.

great info here. the bra would only be worn for the trip i plan. not an every day thing. i have seen the color difference when people remove it. the protected paint is like new and the rest of the body is a different color.
