In any contest between these two red colors the winner is obvious.
By their very names only one of them can claim victory over the other.

CRT is nice...it glows, has depth, effervescence, and is a changing color to light conditions. Victory red is beat down red,...get outta my way...and grabs ones attention from a distance. It's the GM marketing game face color of the ZL1. Just sayin...

well, stuck to my guns and ordered a ZL1 today: VR, auto (i know, i know all you "purists" out there are disgusted!), bright wheels, exposed carbon fiber hood insert, and floor mats. i should have my order number tomorrow, and then the long wait begins. thanks again for everyone's comments - some very keen insights!

And thus VR claims yet another victory.

Got my order number after picking up the Malibu from service yesterday. QQTRH0 pulled as 'Order Placed' on Chevy's website. i'm psyched! thanks again tonyfred for posting pics of your ZL1 - that cinched the color choice for me. Victory Red was made for the ZL1 - like bread and butter. whooooooo - hooooooo !!!

I applaud your decision. Now you wait...... It's worth it.
