I will buy when I can get a set bare, I really don't want to have to strip them before I send them to my polisher.

This thread may not have "blown up" quite yet, but I think 6 pages thus far is a pretty good indication of what will come.

I hope you sell the crap out of these, so you can move to offering polished versions soon after!

I believe I read the front 10" wide ZL1 wheel has a 23mm offset. Does anyone know if this would make using these in the rear stick out too far? (Im under the assumption that a lower offset would equate to the rim sticking out further towards the outside fender. The rear ZL1 11" wide has a 40mm offset.)

These in a polished 22" would be perfect for me.

I dunno that a 22" would look as good. Might....we'll see. But definitely some polished or chrome or painted versions to come if the demad is there. Anthony already said he's gonna be looking into painted and raw options this week so stay tuned for that!!

I would second this request. It would be outstanding to have a second set for the strip.

I'm not sure if this was already addressed. If it was, I apologize.

Will these bolt right up to the SS with no spacers needed or issues with rubbing? I don't know much about offsets and really don't want problems. You definately have a great thing going here and I'm about ready to pull the trigger. Thanks for your hard work on these.

Complete bolt on...yes.

They'll be just about as identical to ZL1 wheels as they can get....

Thanks

Start a poll to see who wants the ZL1 rims in black, polished, or chrome. $5 says polished comes out on top!

But ya I'd love a polished option. Or machined even. Wanna see them when theyre out so won't leave a deposit. But as long as they're a decent quality casting and I can get them in Canada for a reasonable price, I will DEFINATELY be ordering

How does this compare to the normal RS 20" wheels?

The normal size is 9 inch in front, 10 inch in back. Right?

If so, how does the fitment work with a 11 inch? That requires a 305mm tire, correct? Does that still fit well inside the fenderwell?

The ZL1 has the exact same fender wells. Fits with that well enough. Yes its aggressive, but aggressive is what I want. These will fit as well as the the originals fit the ZL1. Yes Tires will cost a bit more, but good thing Continental makes a great set that fits perfect, for about the same cost as SS stock tires.

These are exact ZL1 fitment. 10's in the front 11's in the rear.

For a grey Camaro, I think the satin looks killer, but overall I have to disagree.

This photo is the most reposted photo of a ZL1 wheel on this forum. I've read more than a few comments on many wheel types that people generally feel chrome can be a bit too much, and they feel that a colored or polished/machined wheels says more "performance" where as chrome says more "look at me". Not my opinion....just passing on what I've been reading.

I think the black satin will be very popular...don't get me wrong, but I still stand firmly by what I said earlier

I think I'm gonna wait till they roll out to see what people's reaction is to the quality and such. I'm super excited and hope they are top notch. I've wanted them ever since the first photos of the Ashen ZL1 was seen wearing them in the spy shots.

I have been waiting on rims, hoping to find a take off LE1 set one day. This thread is full of win. I will take them in black and don't care what it says on it, these rims are just killer looking.

Could not have said it better. A great solution to the growing question of "how can I get a good deal on a set of 1LE wheels" as well.
