Also, on the way out to the track there were many areas to hit top speed, but none worth taking a chance, however, in one particular area at 80mph i dropped to 3rd and got on it,in no time i was at 155mph(speed limiter so sad)and there was SO much more.Unlike my V6 that was fast, but took some time to reach that speed, this hot rod was there in a flash. The car had visitors all day, basically everyone stopped by to pay their respects, especially everyone that i passed

Was there more than one white wagon out there? In one video it looked like it was causing a traffic jam. Another video showed an Audi wagon burning up that track.

I'll be the one to ask...

Did you have ST/TC on? Everytime mine has even tried to step out, it quickly came back in line. Almost kills the fun it's so quick.

Yes... i never turn them off. Been driving an LS3 for a loong time.

Went back on the same road to check it out... I think what happened yesterday with our high winds there was a lot of gravel that was blown across the road that combined with cold tires and cold air temperature so even at 20 miles an hour the back end stepped out. If I was not able to straighten out when I did the entire back end would have been crushed against the curb and a signpost. So all in all I feel pretty fortunate that I was able to straighten it out and just barely kissed the curb.

Don't think the nannys kicked in because both rear tires broke loose at the same time... And the overall speed was so low. Idn

Here are some photos. I live on the edge of an industrial complex so these roads don't get traveled much on the weekends.

My mistake was to give it gas in the curve... there r a series of speed bumps before that curve. So i was doing about 10mph and into the curve begin to accelerate somewhere around 20mph it stepped out on me. Surprising how much ground you can cover at that speed.

You, me and Ozzy have done the same thing. I think it's designed to slip in the rear. Oppenheiser sort of talked about this in one of his videos. Sorry you went curb bound.

I better watch out then. Haven't hit any curbs in my dreams yet. Maybe I'll be all right.

Here is the thing... under no circumstances, on cold tires, can you roll on the gas at any speed, period! I have taken that corner a few hundred times in the exact same way without any issues, not even the hint of it breaking loose. The car was cold, the air temp was about 45 and the road had loose gravel blown across it. So even at low speed gasing on it in the apex of the corner broke loose the rear end. If I were a better driver I would have counter steered and gassed on it. I did counter steer but let off the gas, another mistake. I was able to pull it around before the ass smacked the sign and my rim and rear quarter took a beating.

I am told chicks dig the scars.

I agree, i hope none of you guys get the wrong idea after seeing my videos, these cars/tires handle wicked cool, but even on the race track if you notice when im leaving pit lane the cars in front of me i let go until i have heat in them, then i run them down and theres no way any of us can get the heat in them on the street(unless running 120-130-140 mph for a couple miles) so just be careful so our babys dont get hurt.

I bought Motul RBF 600 but ran out of money so haven't been able to have it put in.I am going to get some braided brake lines at some point and have the system gone through, but just ran the stock set up.
