Detailing tips?

I got some detailing equipment for my birthday, and am planning on detailing my car this weekend. Any tips?

Adam's has pretty good tips and videos on how to use their products. Watch them each a few times

Can't tell from the picture but be sure you get some detailing clay to use after your car wash and before any other work on the paint. And work in the shade.

Enjoy.

And yes, watch the videos.

He has the clay, but Op, after you apply the initial dab of swirl and haze remover, apply 3-4 drops afterwards...trust me lol

looks like you got the right stuff.. my best advice is to hit adamspolishes.com for some videos, or hit youtube and checkout junkman's videos. That is where you will get the best information.

Tip #1: Be careful with that electric buffer- You can do a lot of damage if your not experienced.

It's near impossible to do damage with a PC. The Adam's videos are pretty good if you have never used a PC before so start there!

you will not burn your paint with the porta cable 7424xp.do not use the handle on the buffer, just press down on the top of the buffer.

As stated before the vid's are a huge help, and small additions of product after the initial application.

I attend a live class with Mike back when he was with the competition. Well worth it, especially since it was free.

And yes, watch the videos.

The clay is right above the bottles in the jar...
