I use a CG lock. It is great for keeping your butt in the seat, but I still end up with sore knees from bracing, and I still end up using the steering wheel to brace my upper body on the corners. Am trying to find a good racing seat and harness setup that I can swap in for track days and then out again without too much effort. Also need more headroom. Right now I am thinking about a removable harness bar, floor-mount lightweight containment seats like Kirkeys, and a 5-point harness.

In my 4th gen I have some carbon fiber Siebon seats. These things weigh only 11lbs with the mounts. I wouldnt recomend them for road racing, but for street use and autox they are great.

SSSOON,
I'm thinking of getting a sparco seat with a seat base so I can swap aswell for track days.
My concern now is not having the side air bag under the oem seat.
With the Air bag light ON flashing, will it deactivate ALL the others Air bags in the Car?
