RXP On the Road - Panama City to Houston, TX...

Hey guys,

For one just letting everyone know that I've been on the road now for a few days that is why my PM or email response is delayed!

Anyways, just leaving Panama City Beach this morning where I tuned a '13 Vortech Camaro, a '02 Z06 408ci/A&A SC Kit.. No V6's here, but the shop owner is a great guy and I can highly recommend him for installation of any RX products!

Now I'm at PCB airport, waiting for the flight over to Houston TX to tune KMAGRIZZ's RX Supercharged V6 2012 Camaro, along with a few other cars out there. We'll keep you updated on the final #'s for the Supercharged LFX. Unfortunately due to my schedule back at the shop I am unable to attend the track with KMA & Jrrod, but we'll get them all tuned up and ready to put down some RX #'s!!!

Will update this with HP/TQ numbers.

Phastek has allowed us to use the dyno all afternoon today, props to those guys!

It's good thing my hotel is closer to Whataburger than Alex's house otherwise he would have already posted the updates

Working through a throttle/torque limitation right now. Will have some updates tomorrow (OR I guess today technically) !

Will say though the car idles, part throttle, and goes into boost PERFECTLY !! No idle oscilliation, no hiccups, just right into boost when you want it ! Makes 6psi at 6k, will go further tomorrow and start bringing in some timing to make some POWAH.

Matt, Gretchen has said that they ran into the same issue this week tuning his LFX. But they got around it some how and the car made 270+rwhp stock.

Matt got that part worked out this AM and is finishing up....can't wait! He is the tuning genius for sure....

Oh, Baylors final tune is ready as well. Ran it last night and just missed the 12's...13.06@103.19 1.82 60'

The IPF LFX car running 12# boost was there running the same but with more MPH. Air was excellent. Flashing in the latest and will see if this is the magic needed.

Well Matt did get to tune mine and holy hell does it run good now! It's never ran better! He got rid of all the hesitations and backfires I had before and now with the new cam the car wouldnt even idle on decel It stalled every time I let off the gas and put it in neutral.

It made 491/444 N/A and on the dope it made a healthy 642/677


I really wish you V6 guys had it as easy on the tuning as us V8 guys. Matt worked on the LFX from 3pm till around 1am so he's been working really hard on it. And still working on it

He had mine fully tuned in an hour and my buddies Z06 vette it took him about 2 hrs but it was really screwed up lol.

But definetely making some progress on the LFX now so hopefully it can get all sorted out sometime today

Who is running 12# of boost? The pully available in the kit now is 7#'s...

I don't know what he is really making but from my understanding both times Tracy and Matt were at the track and meet this guy he claimed he was making 12 psi. Could just be making it up. I dunno.

LOL! All I know is the guy has a white 2012 LFX A6 w/IPF kit and he put the smallest pulley on he could and is making 12# .....have no other info than that. Car runs strong and he is happy....kicking V8 butt all over. Wasnt about to call him a lier, its his car and he is a super nice guy. He is at the track here most every T&T.

And the RX kits standard pulley is only 6#...we include digital boost guage and wideband with every system so the customers know what boost they are making. With the LFX Matt just finished tuning he said plenty of fuel available to go 8-9# so were going to pulley it for more boost.
