Yes the wood trim is not for everyone but like I it and so did GM at SEMA.
I received a GM Design award for "Best New GM Interior".

Power is 806hp and 730 torque measured like the factory does at the crank.

Here are some pictures of the awards breakfast.......you may recognize the guy that received the trophy for "Best GM Vehicle" for a '48 Caddy.

Ambient lighting still works.......

Hood is new and available from Showstopper Accessories, a supporter of this site.

Working on a chrome radio bezel as the wood bezel was plan B.

Priceless, just Priceless!
It doesn't matter what it costs, it is breathtaking project and the wood trim is perfect with that color and texture of the leather.
Just a totally fantastic car. Congratulations you earned that award!!!

A lot ! If you take sticker on the car, retail on all the parts, man hours, materials, plating and services its around 135k. Its a very extensive parts list
using only the best there is. All done in less than eight weeks prior to the SEMA show. This was my 39th SEMA build......

It looks a little, okay, a lot too much like a "rice burner", in fact a retro to me, sorry. And the interior color looks like the blonde wood of early 60's furniture.

The car is unique, and God bless, you put a ton of $$ and sweat equity into it. Just a bit of overkill that is all.

Hi there, first, love the car and all the mods! I'm interested in your gauges in the A pillar, where did you get it or did you fab something up. I'm trying to get a 2 gauge pod for my 2013 ZL1 vert. Let me know what I can do, thanks.

Bill

Well, I gotta tell ya, I'm not much for doing the "looks mods" to an good looking car. I like mostly subtle mods and slight alterations. Don't like the interior color or the wood trimmings either.

With that said, DAMN! You really did a nice job with the car. The flow and design changes (interior and exterior) are beautifully done. A very sleek, smooth look. I really like the way you didn't "overdress" the engine bay and the fact that you also put some power into the engine.

Just very nicely done.
