Yes. Rustoleum makes a spray on bedliner in a can. That's what I used on my splitter. You can get it at Home Depot and Walmart.

Thanks! Also sounds like a nice finish to hide damage from road debris. Probably easy to touch up too.

Yup. You can also control how textured the finish will be depending on how many coats you put on. Great alternative to painting.

I'm interested in this splitter. Does anyone have a pic of this splitter installed?

Yes if you only spray a couple of light coats like I did. The texture on the splitter is more coarse to the touch though.

So do you guys have any plans on making on like this for the V6 front? This is almost identical to what I am looking for and if you guys ever do make it depending on price I would order in the future.

I just sprayed mine with black trim paint from Dupli-color came out great. It's smooth and laid very nicey. It cost me 6.00 at Pep Boys.

Good idea. How's the finish compared to the stock rear diffuser? I'm just looking for what looks the closest to that finish.

It won't look the same on the V6. Not saying you feel this way but I find it funny how people want splitters for the V6 and it does not look anything like the V8 version and get upset... that's because they are dramatically different front bumpers on the bottom.

On that note, they make a V6 splitter that does not lower the ride height.

In these images you can see the factory plastic air dam sitting below the splitter. It lower the very front portion of the bumper obviously since the V6 swoops back towards the car unlike the V8 version, but horizontally it is not really lower per say. Even this V8 protrudes the front lip out effectively lowering the vehicle when going up a steep driveway (lowering the approach angle), but it's not as bad as if were actually lower all the way back. You know what I mean? Anyway this would be the the V6 version of this splitter.

It's pretty close hard to compare front to back. Only difference I see is texture. I thought about Bedliner spray but was concerned about a rough finish. I wanted a smooth look and feel.
