Mufflers? To paint or not to paint?

I was wondering what you guys thought about the bright silver mufflers showing ou the rear. I was thnking of painting them a flat black to tie into the bottom rear fascia. Anyone with photoshop talent could you doctor the photo to see what it would look like. To me they really stick out.

Painted mine using hi-temp bar-b-que paint.

YES absolutely! Here's the result of one muffler with, one without (I DID paint both) and will post the final product

I'd prefer to take off that plastic panel and replace it with a painted one that doesn't gap. Stock tips are too small, too, like a couple of drinking straws.

Take em off. I did and boy does it sound good. They aren't worth the paint you spray on them. The Car already has 4 cats two resinators and two mufflers. Removing them makes this car sound as if it should from the factory.

Careful deleting the mufflers. Check your state laws.

Those two immense things they call mufflers, have to be replaced or eliminated all together. Until then, break out the black paint!
