They all give about the same performance. I chose OBX since they are half the price but once you put them on, you will tell the difference! Good luck!

Do you want top or low end power? BBK's are 1-5/8th and will give good low end, ARH are 1-3/4th and give top end. There are a few more differences also, such as tube length and metal type. What is your budget?

+1^ which version of MRT tho? If you want obnoxiously loud the version 1 is your setup(paired with headers) but alot of people go with LT's + magnaflow res x pipe + mrt v2 = very good sound.

I love my setup....loud as hell

If you are looking for headers, get BBK LT

I just installed BBK on mine and I am truely satisfied. I felt the power gain especially at low end. I didn't feel the power gain when I installed my catback system. So, dont waste more time and money on exhaust; unless you want a specific sound. My BBK is paired with Borla Catback with x-pipes. The sound is civilized at cruising speed and only get's loud at higher rpm's. The wife doesn't like loud cars . But it doesn't matter, you can always install a cutouts if you want to go extra loud. I really recommend you to keep your current exhaust, save your money and get the bbk LT headers.

Id like to share my LLT's sound after installing the BBK. The QTP Cutouts were open when I made the video.

There's definitely a lot of good headers out there, the choice is your. I just want to share my experience. Cheers!

If you wanna pass a SMOG inspection you'll have to suffer with getting JBAs and fixing the exhaust leak from their crappy design or get tuned (or both). Another reason to go shorties is less rasp and a great sounding, deep idle, when combined with the MRT or another decent sounding exhaust IMHO.

And when I say crappy design, I mean the stacker flange that almost always leaks. The rest of the header is a great design and are a good improvement over the stock units of course.

one thing i dont miss about living in california lol. cause dont they do a full visual inpection to make sure your carb complient? all they do here is hook up your car to the machine and if theres no CELs you pass. you can have LT with no cats and no mufflers and still pass lol.

I picked up the bbk long tubes with hf cats, look for a 15% off sale at autoanything, I bought ceramic coated for $667 shipped, that's a bargain considering it comes with everything needed including o2 extension cables.

What part of Cali you from? Most counties have a first off the lot inspection, like imperial county, three other counties, if not, you'll end up changing them out every time you get a smog test, and the new OBD2 test next year doesn't exempt the visual inspection. I have DT weld on the mid pipes and done. Good luck

Yes i agree,i put JBA ceramic coated shorties on my V6,got a code.Took it in they cleared it,and it happened again ruining the cat(thank god they warranted it)it turns out the flange was bad,Its all fixed,a noticeable difference.

A word of advice,if you are looking better top speed like i was it wont make a difference unless you put a tune on itthe speed limiter is set at 155mph.
