You guys can probably order them and replace the LEDs with any color you want from superbrightleds.com or something you know... Not tough.

It is not seem to be quite that easy. Here are is a post from someone that looked at doing that.

The 'A', 'R' and 'O' have the chrome or polished piece apart of the plastic molding. Its perfect the way they made this item. I don't see how it can be changed except to made in the color every one wants. I see no changing it on your end. I think with this extra sill I have I'll use it in the man cave on the bar or something or on the wall.

Why no wiring diagram, people have been asking for it-I'd order them tonight if I had it and knew I could wire them myself.

That is because the manufacturer has yet to provide one. However, it is very easy. Here is Apex Paul's version of a wiring DIY.

Sure, no reason you couldn't do that. That should look great.

I did modified mine as I didn't like the heights of them, and while you at it, you could change the color easily.

What was the height issue?

BTW, I want to change the color of the sill plate to black from polished/chrome.

The height issue was the plexiglass itself and the 5mm thick double tape. If you stick it on like this, you would have an 1/8" gap between the sill and plate.

Has anyone purchased the new design? I know the new ones are GM Certified and look much better than the originals, to me. Also with custom text if wanted, nice!

I'd love to get a pair at some point but want to hear reviews of the latest version.

We have sold quite a few of them. Check our sales thread in the vendor area. There are some posts from members that have bought them.

Here are some more I just found on ebay for cheap! $100 for the pair. Not sure of the quality, but I'm going to buy this pair soon and see how they are.

The top ones look like the BadMab version, which are different than the ones listed on your website, although they look better. Is it possible to get those in purple?
