i like the powerflo w/long tubes a little better than the LM... don't get me wrong, the LM sounds like a bat out of hell but the powerflo just seems a little more refined

As other have said I really want to see performance data and also to see how this works when added to supercharger. Supercharger whine plus that exhaust roar would cause a rash of spontaneous heart failure in innocent bystanders and loss of bowel control for folks in cars that you pass ...
With my sensible head on for a few secs though - I am also curious how it sounds inside since on a long run that roar could get monotonous (ducks to avoid flying exhaust parts and cries of "sacrilege" ;-)
Very keen to see SLP's total setup

I talked to SLP Friday since I had seen the LT/Powerflo video and asked if they had a video with the Loudmouth, they did and said that it is especially loud and not for everyone. Well after seeing the video I see what he meant, however he also noted that inside the Camaro the sound is not bad at all.

Costing is expected later in June for the LTs and 3" exhaust, all systems will have high flow cats from what the sales person said. The Loudmouth Catback is $459 as stated earlier, but the Loudmouth 2 is ~$100 more and Powerflo is ~$200 more.

how do the SLP long tubes compare to some of the other sets floating around?

I spoke to SLP as well as one of their dealers. I’ve chosen the powerflow cat back to start. Depending on where you order I’m guessing be 3 – 6 weeks.
LMPerformance had them for $629.96 including shipping, so I placed an order (they apparently have a large order placed that will get them product before many others will).
My favorite clip so far was the powerflow with the long tube headers. SLP has not released pricing for those yet, but they bolt right up to the cat back exhaust, and replace the Cats (and the resonator in the automatic version). The powerflow by itself was slightly mild, but not by much. With a couple mods, it’s going to be sweet in my opinion. If I see some better solution come along before they ship, I can cancel, they were pretty cool at LM Performance.

I agree the powerflo has a more refined sound that when you mash the loud peddle the cop in the next county does'nt come knocking on your door.

Yup this is what i am getting!!! This sounds like the roar of a beast that has been locked up for years and now is cut loose!! Wait it is a beast that has been locked away for years. Anyway this may be a stupid question but with this particular setup can you buy one piece at a time Loudmouth, X-pipe then long tubes?

I asked for dyno numbers on my first post.

So the same question, even though it sounds amazing, power is what is going to help me decide which system to buy.
