Sorry to hear about them charging you more than agreed upon. I am so glad you got your car. It will make you forget those greedy bastards!! Congrats on the car.

Did you discuss MSRP at the time of your order? Not having anything in writing makes things more difficult for sure. However, I would call the Attorney Generals Office tomorrow and explain your story. That was still a dirty move by the dealer. A couple minutes on the phone might save you $2k. Anyways the car looks great so enjoy it!

Cool picts and congrats on the Camaro. I have to agree with you. You are pretty good at looking stupid. LOL

I also have to agree with you about Ourisman. I got my car at MSRP but they totally screwed me on my trade. KBB, TMV, and one more online appraiser had me at 19k-22k for my trade. What did they give me? $16500. On top of the that I was told 3 days prior to me taking delivery that it was going to be $17000. Oh well, I know where I wont be shopping any more. On a positive note, the inventory manager was great and kept me informed all the way through.

Specs on my trade: 06 Dodge Charger /w Daytona package. With after market exhaust and Cai. With 17300 miles. In excellent condition with all the maintenance records. It was number 918 of 2000.:(

It will sell for 24k all day long so Oursiman got there money on my trade. Oh well I am more than happy with the Camaro.

Congrats On your beautiful Camaro. I am so glad you finally got it. Now I can throw away that cheese I bought to go along with all that wine you had.

Zero- You should atleast get in touch with the owner to let him know of your experience. Especially since they did take the extra charge off of another camaro5 member order. It is worth the try for 2K and peace of mind. If that don't work, then I'd move on.

Atleast you got a beautiful badass car in the process.

It was the owner who took my order, promised mrsp, then refused to take phone calls while I was at the dealership, only responding through text.

I love this car and there is NOTHING they can do to effect that. On the other hand this was one of the worst experience i've ever dealt with in my life in any sort of transaction.

Car - 100% satisfied
Deal - 100% screwed

Thanks for all the positive reinforcement everyone. Gotta stick together with your c5 buddies. Heaven knows no one else likes us....all so jealous.

I hope you'll take the time to report it to the Attorney Generals Office. It's a five minute phone call at best. I don't know about you but I wouldn't have an extra $2k to burn like that. If there was any way to get it back I'd be on it like a hawk!

I was sweating it a bit too when I took delivery last weekend. I only had an email where they said they would charge me MSRP. Fortunatley for me,Sterling Chevy honored their MSRP promise; as a result, they'll continue to get my business. . . It's a crap shoot with these dealers!

Anyway, enjoy your Camaro; I know I sure am!
