The ones off of gen5diy go for around $750 with a $90 harness for factory RS lights. You could also get eagle eyes off of eBay for around 300 and get an hid kit for 100 and you get almost the same look just slightly different.
Link to eagle eye example:http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124597

On Installing them I wouldnt know, I have never tried it. It depends on how handy/brave your are , I dont think it would be that bad. I see alot of other fellow Camaro owners have done it.
If your mecanically minded i think you would be fine, I might attempt it someday , But i think i am going to trade my car in for A SsSanyways so will just hang on to my Cash . T

Pretty simple to install. Just have to remove your front fascia. Replace lights, hook up new harness then reinstall front fascia.
