Normally the Trifecta tune is self installed. You order the tune and cable, the tune file is sent to you in an email, and you flash the ECU using EZflash, the cable, and a laptop. I'm not sure there are many shops doing dyno tunes with it because the tune is only adjustable by Trifecta. Bad News Racing, a sponsor here, is running a sale on the tune until the end of the year, so now would be a good time to get it. BTW, your mods don't really require a tune, the Bosch ECU has a fairly wide range of adjusting things to suit bolt-on mods.

Try calling EB3 Motorsports (www.eb3motorsports). I believe they did a Trifecta tune on the LLT some time ago. I think it was an email back-and-forth tune process between the shop and Trifecta, I'm not sure.

The above posters have it. Either IPF or Trifecta can do a download/drive cycle records back to them/refined download process. Just email to wi-fi to computer with cable and in to the car. Switch to another part of the program and drive the car while parameters transmitted through the OBDII port you're still connected to go in a saved folder for transmission back to the tuner. You keep or pass on the cable, or rent it out or whatever.

thanks a lot for the information guys. I put these mods on and now it seems like it is it running quite right. It seems like it is burning a little rich. I also can't seem to spin the wheels which I could when I first bought the car.is this something that would not require a tune.

How long have you driven it with the new mods?

No, this doesn't necessarily require a tune.

I'd say Ive driven with mods for about 6 months or so. Just starting to
Notice a little lag. Seems it may be running a tad rich and a tad sluggish I guess
Would be the right way to put it. Still sounds good and gets good gas mileage (as long as I keep off the pedal). Just would like to hook it up and see what its reading

Give us a call. We use HP Tuners and can custom dyno tune it for you for probably cheaper than that tuner.

Pretty sure someone with more knowledge on the 6 will chime in but, i believe some owners had issues with the K&N setup. Could be a dirty MAF as well.

No you can't, it's a 2011 LLT. HPT only supports 2012+ LFX

We can get you a tune and cable combo for $300 shipped to your door. I'll even do the tune for you if you are worried about messing something up. You just need to make sure you park in range of a wireless network or something and I can take over the laptop and do the tune. No extra charge.
