I have registered for One Lap Of America.

... and wonder if any Camaro 5 members are going this year.

http://www.onelapofamerica.com/

I'm also looking for sponsors if anyone reads this and might be interested.

Don't you need to have a racing license for that?

You have to have completed two driving schools and get a NASA license... which seems very simple. One Lap seemed pretty good about it though. They DO insist that you have SOME experience on a race track is the bottom line.

I'm driving to the start line from Vancouver Canada. Going to be almost 8000 miles over about 16 days.

Good luck man sounds like a blast. Been reading about it for a couple years, it's on my bucket list. Hope you really like your co driver, going to be real close for a couple weeks.

I have set up a FB page if anyone is interested in following me. I hit the road next Sunday to South Bend, Indiana from Vancouver and we start on Saturday the 4th

https://www.facebook.com/ShaunAndPet...llentAdventure

I had hoped that perhaps camaro5.com might have become a "sponsor" of the car for this event but didn't work out.

*shrug*
