Just wrapped up a build on a 2013 ZL1 with a manual transmission. We were quite pleased with the results!

Mods list includes:

Upper 2.55 supercharger pulley, Innovators West Balancer and 9.1 lower pulley, NW 102mm throttle body, New Era Performance ported blower/snout, Injector Dynamics ID850 fuel injectors, American Racing Headers 1 7/8 system, New Era Performance custom cam package, KDI heat exchanger and idler pulley relocation bracket, and our New Era ZL1 CAI, 93 octane pump gas.

I attached some pics for your viewing pleasure. Thanks for looking!

It is marvelous to me how much untapped power is in the LSA program for the ZL1, that's like +245flyHP for a few grand of labor and parts!

Did you have to machine the blower snout for that Lingenfelter 2.55 top pulley?

The instructions that came with mine show machining, so I have been dragging my feet trying to figure out the best way to address that. I thought I read somewhere else that those instructions were for the corvette pulley install. If that's the case, time for Lingenfelter to spend some of their shipping and handling profits on new instructions.

We have never had to pin the supercharger pulley, and we have been doing them since 2009 without a single issue, I can't even count how many times we have done it. You should consider contacting lingenfelter.
