Why's it a sad day if you got what you wanted? I could never understand why people say that when they get rid of a car that they never really liked or they would have kept it in the first place.

That is a sad day.

I'm curious - what made you want to replace it so soon after you bought it?

The ZL1 was very nice and the best camaro I've ever owned but there something about the GTR and the way it drives and handles that i preferred. Plus I'm moving from sunny Florida to New York and ill prefer the GTR up there.

So then it's not a sad day for you. For me, I would have to hang myself if I traded my ZL1 for that. Sorry, but the 2010's weren't the good ones.

True, I'm a prime example of that. Thanks for playing along. I do like the looks of the GTR. I just can't image going back in years to get one.

That does sound cool for a riceburner. How's the durability? I here that's where the 2010s were lacking.

You could be right. Either way it's a happy day for you not a sad one or you wouldn't have done it. Like they always say " there's a seat for every hiney"

Not trying to be a dick guys but how is the ZL1 faster than the GTR, I'm a car enthusiast and i been fortunate to have experience the ZL1 and actually modify the vehicle and push it to its limits. The ZL1 is very nice and it stands it ground in allot of areas but if you guys ever have the chance to drive a GTR and use it at the track i highly recommend it, it might change your mind about this rice burners as some have called it!

Hope you don't rattle away from the ride, she's no cruiser but the all wheel drive is awesome! A friend of mine has the exact same car, same color. He trained his 2008 for the GTR and loves it, only complaint is the stiff ride. Personally the car is for someone 6' or shorter, with my height of 6'5" I can't ride comfortably in the car. Enjoy!
