Today I received this new product from ARP. They now make Rocker Arm Studs for LS Engines. Much better than the stock bolts.

Those are nice! I used the comp bolts that came with the trunion upgrade. I hope they survive. Lol

Your ARP budget alone must be astronomical!

I got mine from different stores. Ones that had good pricing and free shipping if over 100 bux. Ie speed engineering or rpm speed or TSP or Speedinc.

Thanks!! Also one more question sorry, by drilling the whole holes in the lifter guides does it do the same effect as a slr lifter? And what size or what did you drill your holes with?

No the holes are to let the oil drain back down faster instead of pooling up top. The SLR lifters have a slow leakdown rate as opposed to the regular GM lifters aka Ls7's.

Hmmm good question on the size I forgot cause its been a while lol back in the Ls1 days lol.

It's a 3/8" on the low side or side nearest you when standing next to either side of the engine. Drill just above the strengthening ribs, (2) holes per tray. What this does, is to allow oil to drain back to the pan sooner than it would having filled the whole tray before over flowing.

Hope this paints a lil pic bud.
