Thats cool baby lamb. I did spec it out and it does just fit all my stuff with a tiny bit of room to spare. Don't forget also need room for a sub.
Although I am always buying new gear and my bags seem to be expanding. lol.
I am tempted though to take out the back seats all together since they are basically worthless anyway and put sub back there. Something I will look into.

How many of you guys drive your camaros in NYC?
How do you feel about it?

I drove mine into NYC last weekend and almost had a stroke but I'm not a city driver.

lol.... I drive in the city often. At least once a week. Just something I wonder about also with those sight lines. Cuz the BQE and stuff can be nutty.

Hey any of you guys have experience with ground effects for the camaro?
Factory vs aftermarket?

If you don't lower it it will be a smoother ride through NYC but it really isn't that bad just hate pot holes and bumps with the drop springs

West side hwy is a blast

Hey John & Man in Black...

sounds good. I dont plan on lowering the car but I do want to put ground effects on it.
I have seen a few images with ones I love and want to find out which kits they are. Are if the factory ones are good.

I just ordered my tickets for the auto show. I heard they will be debuting the 2014 Camaro there.

Man in Black I look forward to making some of the meet ups. I would also love to meet up with locals. I am in Huntington Station NY. I have some ideas for a couple of minor customized things I would like to do. Well I have a lot of ideas, my imagination is vast. Still working on making my wallet as vast.
:-p

Anyone know of a good muffler shop on long island or anywhere in ny for that matter?! A place who knows Camaros and is good with some pipe work... I am looking to get my 2013 2LS Camaro to sound better than stock and will do whatever I can, whatever can get me the most sound and rumble available from a v6 engine. I appreciate it! You guys have no idea what I have gone through in the past week!! Thanks again

I know a great place in jersey. It'll be about an hour drive for you, but they are the only ones I know that does stainless steal, and inkonel exhaust. Here is their site. http://www.broadway-performance.com/ . As you pull up all you see are Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and a GTR. Top notch work, but you pay for what you get.

Sounds great iLLmaTic3s.
I think I will be around.

Hey while we are on the topic of exhausts.
I will want to replace the exhaust on my car when I get it.
If I have money enough I would like to replace headers and all.
If I dont have much cash just the mufflers to help give a better sound then stock.

The Borla Atak system sounds pretty cool. I think that might be bolt on.
Here is a video of the sounds.
You can forward to 2:40min in video if you want to skip some boring stuff.

Here is a video of a flowmaster install and sound.

Had my camaro and the charger I owned before it brought to a basic muffler shop around the corner for just the catback exhaust.Never had a problem with either.
Now headers are another story - brought it to JRE in CT.
I bought the Borla exhaust myself, kinda wish I went for the louder ones(Atak)

Hey Kennyo

Those are the ones I am considering. The Borla Atak muffler.

At the risk of sounding lame.. Why do they list the Borla Headers as for racing and off road-ing only? Are they not street legal?
I have seen several videos with people saying they had the headers on.
