Weirdest you've dumped a g/f??

About a month ago I dumped my ex via txt mssg. Not because I didn't have the guts to do it face-to-face but she txt'd me that my graduating from college basically didn't mean sh!t to her, or "big f'n whoop" in her words. Exactly one day after I graduated. At the time, lately I had been feeling she just didn't care that much about the relationship so in some way this was the needle that broke the camels back. For me graduating from college was pretty special as I think it would be for most people. To say the least I was pissed especially when I think a g/f should be happy her guy accomplished something that was important/meant a lot to him. Besides I'd think most g/f's would really care about and want to share in the joy surrounding the occasion....or not.... as I found out. When I did it she got super pissed and started telling all her friends half the story about what happened to make me look bad and her the victim of a jerk b/f that just didn't have the guts to dump his g/f face-to-face which was pretty lame. She even threatened to hook up with another guy once we had got to talking on the phone. At that point I knew I made the right decision...though she's pretty hot, but that doesn't count for much if there are no pages to back up the front and back covers of the book. If I could do it over again maybe I would have not done it over txt but I was pretty pissed. O well.

and we have a winrar.

Umm one of my gf's was going through a big speech about how we shouldn't date but should still be friends and i was half listening and agreeing where she said "yah know" or "right?" or basically anytime she ended a sentence in an inflection... i was channel surfing and when she stopped talking i was on the food network and i just said "friend cucumbers are disgusting!" she got pissed and hung up but we still laugh about it today.

You are confusing "the straw that broke the camels back" and "Needle in a haystack"!

Now you know why she figured college was a waste.

I'm not proud of it, but in a nutshell.... I did break up with a gf on Valentines day durring the dinner she cooked for me.
I know...it was pretty wrong, but it wasn't suppose to happen there or then...it just kinda did.

Hey if you check the time stamp you'll see I posted that at the end of a very long day. Thanks for the ball buster though!

On another note I think some girls need to have the guy to be the one to break things off. My ex typically wasn't the one being rejected, but this time she was. She's the kind of girl who typically always gets what she wants from a guy and is never use to hearing "no". Small part of me regrets it but it's done at this point it looks like. She pretty much hates me.

Called her dad and mom at 3 AM to tell them to pick her up at the airport the next evening in Philly - AFTER I bailed her out of Jail for Drunk and Disorderly - and that I would ship them her stuff or somebody could come pick it up, but that WE were over as I could not handle her $++T any more. She was PISSED!

First: Sorry to hear that bro.
Second: Congratulations on graduating!!
Third: She should've been happy for you and been there for you.
Fourth: I think you made the right decision. She says you didn't have the balls to tell her in her face, the way i see it, she wasn't worth your time after what she did to you.

One thing I've learned...

Whether they are hot or not, they are a pain in the ass.

So go for the hotty next time, too!

Yeah, she'll have access to morphine to help with the pain.

lmao!

It not a great one but its true, a old friend i had broke his relationship by writing it on a parking ticket on her car.

I do remember when i was in 3rd grade, the girl was bronte, we were , kinda, going out (you know how the little ones are) and i broke up with her by simply telling her she is ugly. I was 8 and shameless, I would never dump a girl that way now!

And yea they can be a pain in the ass, in my 2 years i have in a relationship she isn't a pain in the ass, she's more a splinter in your finger when we go to malls. But i bet u married guys have it harder than me.

It would get messy if he had to find a needle within a straw inside a camel living in a haystack.

Take it from somebody who knows. If thats how she handled it, shes probably just a bitch with a maturity complex.

Maturity complex. Either you have great intuition or somehow that was easily inferred through reading my initial post. She's a total bratt, comes from money (I know not everyone that has money is that way of course, but facts are facts) and like I said is used to getting exactly what she wants. The fact that she can't even handle this by having a civil adult conversation speaks volumes for where her maturity is...and isn't. It's probably not easy but should be possible to end a relationship amicably. Funny she says she's over the relationship despite the fact she still acts like a huge b#&%h. Something tells me she's hasn't quite crossed the bridge to Getoverit.

A couple years ago I had just returned from Iraq and since I turned 21 over there, I wanted to make up for lost time, went to a party, hooked up with a girl, started dating. well my roommate had forgotten to pay the rent while I was gone. so about 2 weeks after coming back I find an eviction notice on the door. so my new gf offers to let me move my stuff in with her.....so I did. things went on for about 3 months and I was constantly feeling smothered, id get off work and swing by a friends place on base and she would get off work and join up with us there (whether I wanted her there or not). so after a few months of this non stop, gotta be around me all the time. (not to mention she had told me she loved me after only knowing me 2 weeks.... ) I call a friend of mine who mentioned he needed a new roommate to help cover bills. so while she was at work, I borrowed a friends truck and moved all of my stuff from her apartment to the new place. then when she came home I told here that I felt like I was mooching off her (cus the only thing I paid for was gas for my car the whole time we were together) and that she was smothering me and I needed to have some room (and that I had just gotten back from being overseas and didnt want a steady relationship at that point). then walked out the door and left. little did she know that the new place I had moved to was about 6 blocks down the road from her place.
