1le black ground effect

Hi I just had a quick question about the ground effects on the 1le (front fascia extension, Rockers). What do they call that specific black used on those pieces. I know the hoods are wrapped in matte black, but i don't remember if the rockers and fascia were gloss, or a lighter shade. Any help would be appreciated!

Pretty much now you can sand the texture down an paint it whatever color you want an I believe you need to add the flex agent.

From what I've seen on here, any of the painted satin black aero parts are painted with GM WA8555 40 Gloss Black, which is paint code: WA8555, and 40% gloss (satin). I came across GM WA848 as well, but from what I can tell by my research, these are the same colors. GM WA855 40 is what I'm having Saleen paint my stuff anyway.

The 1LE rocker panels are body color, just like the SS. The SEMA concept 1LE in 2012, and incidentally THE reason I own one, was the only time I've seen them attached to the car by GM. Quite a few people, myself included, bought the ZL1 rockers to match the look of the pre-production version. In this case, it's just bare matte plastic. Save for the hash marks, my car matches the SEMA concept and every speck of black on the car is either plastic or vinyl.

Here's a closeup of the plastic on my ZL1 rocker panel that's mounted on my 2013 1LE:

Although, you and just about everybody on this site keep referring to this thing as a "splitter". You mean to tell me this isn't a curb cleaner? Every time I park my car it scrapes anything on top of the curb clean off. I enjoy performing a public service in my Camaro.
