Well guys it might work out that I will be able to come to the meet! My wife won't be able to make it as she is working however I might be able to tie the meet into a trip out to Comox to go visit my parents and my brother in Vancouver!

So put me down as tentative....yet again.

Just so everbody knows at this point we have 25 rooms and 19 are already booked. I believe Meltdown was contacting Hillcrest to try and secure a few rooms, but they are close to sold out for that weekend.:(

Well for me I am not sure if I will be making it for both days or not so I will just book my own room somewhere when I know better on the dates. But thanks for the heads up!

You can always book a room. Standard room cancellation applies (24 hrs notice). Just let us know before you cancel in case someone else needs a room.

Well like I said I am not even sure what day I am going to be there and if I am even staying overnight. Honestly it is ok.

I can always book a room closer to the day when I know what I am going to be doing. More then likely it won't be in the same hotel but I am sure I will be ok.
