We're all just noticing the Camaro in the background. It is suggestive, but the Camaro is never mentioned by any name.

I think we should consider that this may not be a Chevrolet at all. Image a Camaro being ported over to Buick as a GSX, Invicta, or Skylark.

Think about it. Why would the Camaro show up repeatedly in a Buick advertisement? Maybe it isn't a Camaro at all.
Blur, I'm sorry, I would normally agree with you on things like this, but whether it be a Z28 or not, that IS a Camaro in that photo. It may just be a Camaro with a prototype bodykit on it, or something like that, but I am 100% sure that it is a Camaro nonetheless.

I don't mean to sound contradictory or anything, or sound like I'm picking a fight. I might have misunderstood a little bit too, I don't know. But I have to disagree with you about it being a GNX or Skylark, etc. That it a Camaro in that photo.

sure it's a camaro, sure it looks like bumblebee 2, however, it looks a lot more "concept size" than prod.

front fascia looks gooooood

So, yes they did build it. No, it was never approved for production, and as of now, it is not expecteced to be.

But make no mistake it does exist....

Not that I've seen it or can confirm this in any way shape or form. I don't work for GM and No GM employee has ever spoken to me about said Z28...

So my assumptions in my post above yours are correct . Let's just hope we do get to see this one made down the road as demand for it will be great..

Oh gawd, if Buick does another hot rod after I buy a Chevy, I think I'd eat the Camaro piece by piece if they'd give me an even trade.

You can't un-retire the GN or GNX jersey. The car gods would not allow it.
If the Regal name is coming back -be it a rebadged Opel or not- then we couldn't do a proper GS, because it's a wimpy FWD platform...

No matter what they do they better get a new name for it, and let those nutty Buick engineers have a few years with the platform, whatever it is, to make it truly special.
