This is how mine looked after the install yesterday, should there still be a gap left? I have a 2010 model and was told there is no fitment issues with these. Just wanting to make sure.

I won't be home until next week but I can check then and get back to you...I don't remember there being any space.

thanks for checking. I noticed another photo did not show a space either but they could have put the busing in with the space facing backwards too.

We have had no further issues. Our frustration is we have yet to receive a single OEM bracket for comparison.

Can you at least answer the emails I have sent, or the post I have at the top of this page? Is the insert still suppose to have the split after it is installed.

The gap is not an issue.

1. Don't lose your steering rack bracket. We still don't have any.

2. When wrapped around the rack, the bush sills the bracket. Some installs show a larger than ideal gap. Too much bush i.e. no gap at all is not good. We want just s slit and will continue to monitor the fit.

Well surly after 5 months we got some answers or you have put a disclaimer on your web site letting people know this only fits 2010 and 2011 not 2012+

Nope just checked, still "fits" a 2012+ yeah it fits it just makes your rack have more slop than the stock bushing

My dealers are reporting solid fits. I'll be doing a three personally over the next two weeks.
