2012 camaro 2SS/RS for sale!

http://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/3606283182.html

See the link above for pics and full description. It is black with the orange interior. All oem parts. Still under warranty. It has 26,800 miles. I take a lot of highway trips which is why I am selling. I need something more fuel efficient. Pick up this camaro for a great deal!! It's perfect and runs perfect and hasn't given me a single peep in terms of issues. I love this car and would love to give it to a camaro forum member!! Asking $29950!

Thanks
-Kevin.

Isn't the car supposed to run always on premium? The car doesn't contain the fuel maps to run 87. I think you need to take that out of your ad, its very misleading and incorrect.

Man you guys go right for throat before reading the whole thing! I agree the information is not needed and could be taken out of the ad. But it does clearly state I have always put premium in the vehicle. My owners manual does say it will run on regular 87 gas.

"If the vehicle has the 6.2L V8 engine
(VIN Code W) or the 6.2L V8 engine
(VIN Code J), use premium
unleaded gasoline with a posted
octane rating of 91 or higher. For
best performance, use premium
unleaded gasoline with a posted
octane rating of 93. You can also
use regular unleaded gasoline rated
at 87 octane or higher, but the
vehicle's acceleration could be
slightly reduced
,
and a slight audible
knocking noise, commonly referred to as spark knock, might be heard.
If the octane rating is less than 87, a
heavy knocking noise might be
heard when driving. If this occurs,
use a gasoline rated at 87 octane or
higher as soon as possible.
Otherwise, you could damage the
engine. If heavy knocking is heard
when using gasoline rated at
87 octane or higher, the engine
needs service. "

I go without the chance of spark knock and put only premium in the car, but future ownwers may do as they please. I will recommend they put premium in, but with the cost of gas I figured I'd let them know that chevy has designed it not to run on premium. After all they are looking to buy used for a reason so saving money is probably on the future owners mind somewhere.

It also states I am engineer, so I am clearly going to treat the car with the respect it deserves. Come on guys!

Thanks for the help though, I might delete it from the ad
