Question removing plenum cover

How do you remove the insulated plenum cover from an LS3 engine? Do you have to remove the fuel crossover tubing? Thanks.

You will need to remove the fuel rail assembly, pretty easy job. If you search, fuel rail flip, you should find a pretty good diy.

Yes, fuel rail has to come off, and to get the rear bolts out, you have to remove the whole intake manifold. Not a hard job, but just need a little mechanical skill and the right tools. There is a step-by-step instruction guide on the Tech AFX website, for the installation of their flipped fuel rail hose.
