IOM Interrior

Okay could some of you help me clarify interior options. If you get a IOM exterior color do you also automatically get the IOM colored seats? when i build a camaro on line it has the options in two different places and i am wondering what the difference is? Also it shows when i select IOM exterior color that you get the "inferno orange, leather appointed front seats" and that it is included with no extra charge, what is this?

I ordered mine on saturday and i got the inferno orange interior accent trim package option number W1H, what does this include exactly as i'm a bit fuzzy on the differences here if there is one.

If you chose IOM exterior paint, you do NOT get an IOM interior. That's a separate...some ~$500 option. Your current order is correct if you want the orange interior.

The interior trim package (W1H) gives the interior a unique look with orange leather seating surfaces, orange stitching, orange accent panels, and orange ambient lighting.

As far as interior options go, you get everything that is orange inside the car. I know there are 2 different RPO's that you select but one cannot be selected without the other. Dragoneye is correct - the exterior color has nothing to do with the interior color.

Okay, that's good, so it is either a solid color (black) or you get the orange accented interior. I thought maybe there were some sort of variations you could get.

I ordered the IOM exterior color as well. I'm debating if that will be too much orange.... but after building a 1969 z28 hugger orange i don't think you can have to much orange!

Now i just need to figure out what strips i should go with.... My 1969 is all original and has the correct z28 racing strips (as only z28's should have). I'm an old school guy so i ordered the new one with hockey strips as that is what the SS's came with back in the day. However the racing strips would match the 1969..... don't know which way to go with that one.

Check the Happy owners thread. We have a couple of members who have IOM on IO interiors. Looks really nice. The interior has more black then orange so you certainly will not feel overwhelmed with orange.

I wish there would have been black with just orange stitching...that would have been the best of both worlds!

Wow you even got woman accessories in the passenger seat??? Now I know this car is for picking up the ladies ... Plus the $5 in the cup holder, nice touch in the laid department... JK JK ... The interior is very nice, thats what I also ordered on my car but is the ambient lighting brighter than that or thats exactly how it is? just a little line of light?
