Selling my first love

I know this isn’t the right discussion board for this but the classified mainly pertains to those in the US. That said, I am having to part with my 2010 2SS to make room for our new little one. If anyone is or knows someone that is interested please PM me. Here is a link with some photos http://2010sscamaro.shutterfly.com/ .

Why is it on a "Q" plate?

Not originally registered in the UK. Those pictures look to be on RAF Mildenhall, so I'm guessing it's an American car brought in by a US service member.

Close, RAF Lakenheath. As for the Q plate you can be issued one for several reasons but in this case I didn't have the US title present when filing my registration with the DVLA.

Aha! I see. I knew "Q" plates were issued for vehicles of indeterminate age or provenance. I'd never seen a car that new, with one before.
