Naw he has a LLT vert. I talked to him late last year.

I've talked with ips about the possibility about still doing the llt kit but they said that they didn't like the remote tuning. That they wouldn't mind if they could do their own tuning but weren't interested in remote tuning anymore

When I was talking with them they were saying that the remoting tuning was a horrible and scary time for them. Like run away the car might explode on the dyno kind of deal

That was along time ago, I would figure that remote tuning is a little better now. Everyone does it now across the board. And if you have the right equipment to monitor things should be fine. Me and Vince were remote tuning this weekend for a change to my kit. It all went smooth and I was at home lol. But I get that in house is the best way. I would say IPS should just buy the Trifecta suite for their shop so they can tune in house. But I'm thinking that no one in house knows how to deal with the LLT.

I figured I would post an update of some of my car coming together. The build was held up for a while when the turbos were changed and new custom flanges had to be fabricated. The flanges came in last week and everything is moving forward . I was told that the turbos will most likely be mounted up by the end of the day.

Yeah its up and running. They still have it and working on some kinks, tuning, and the PCV system. I hope to be driving her soon

So my car is up and running but still at IPS. Making great power and an easy 8.5 to 9# on just waste gates. There were some snags with the PCV system but Tracy snuck in there and helped out. Thank you Tracy. Currently there is just a small smoking issue that's being worked on. I'm hoping to pick it up any day once the smoking is resolved. There was talk about adding a boost controller and bumping the boost to 12# but that communication kind of got lost once it started smoking so I'm not really sure if it's happening right now or not. If not, I'll just save myself the hassle of replacing half shafts until I find a v8 rear I can put in.

Sounds awesome. Do you know if they added a oil restrictor? That works a lot of the times as the turbo maybe getting feed to much. And the oil can't get drained out fast enough. So it shoots out the exhaust past the seals.
