Locking Lug Nuts

Just placed my order for these from Summitracing.com

Heard these were great and they were only $18.39 for the set.
Better safe then sorry....

They look nice but I wonder if you order the 21" rims from factory do they come with locking lug nuts or do you have to buy and install them?

They come with ONE keyed lug. Not sure if it's considered 'locking' or not.
