Brett's 2013 SS/RS VR Vert Build

Well after searching long and hard I finally found the Camaro I have been looking for. My dealer had to trade for it from another dealer in St Louis but it had every option I wanted except for nav. I picked it up in July 2013

Current mods:
Tinted windows
Roto Fab CAI
Show stopper ghosted side markers
Roto Fab fuse cover
Polished and painted strut tower brace
Show stopper polished header panel
BMR lowering springs 1.2 front 1 rear
ZL1 VR rockers
VR front splitter
Chrome strut cover caps
Roto Fab fuel rail covers painted VR with silver Camaro and flames
Front bow tie delete
Lloyd's mats
Footwell lighting
Matching fog lights
MDP hood
Vmax throttle body
Hooks headers

Power

Got my kooks headers installed and loaded up a Ted tune. Cannot believe how much this woke up the car. I just can't stop driving this thing.

I went hi flow. I heard that you get that exhaust smell with straight pipes and don't really lose much with the hi flow. You will love how the car runs. It is like a different car

Yes I did it in my garage with jack stands. Was pretty eazy. I thought I had read enough that it was going to be a breeze but that damn dipstick gave me alittle trouble. I looked uner the car to see where it when and marked the location on the top part but I didn't pay attention to the routing. Also I had a O2 sensor that was cross threaded from the factory so I had to replace it. The passenger side is harder then the drivers. A 90 air ratchet saves a lot of time in removing the bolts. I broke them loose then used the air

Is your car on race ramps? Did you have to go higher? I have a set of the ramps and was planning on doing them from there. Also did you have to unhook the steering shaft? I have heard yes and no

No need to undo the steering shaft. Everything fits right in.

Yes it's on race ramps. I am lowered and cannot get a jack under the car so I drive up the ramps then jack it The ramps are not tall enough. I didn't have to disconnect the shaft
