Why did you stay with the Stock mufflers? After going that far into it why not go all the way back!
Sounds good though! Feel any difference?

2400, that's retarded....

A lot more things I can think to do with 2400 dollars then long tubes and high flow cats that don't even replace the stock muffler--W.T.F.......

JESUS, im sorry I have to say it again, 2400--ahahahahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahhahahah!! !!!
Well look at the bright side, at least you know you have something that will be limited edition because I can't see this being installed on to many cars, lol.

$2400 is that with New mufflers as well ? I mean you dont have your aftermarket mufflers only because of them moving or will you have to pay more $$$$$$$$$ and pay more like $3,000 for a complete exhaust system ?

What do you get more than any other manufacturer for the extra money? Most other systems include performance mufflers for the same price. If Kook's were the only manufacturer who put a quality exhaust system together I'd pay for it but there are so many options these days. I'm sure many will pay for it, but I'll pass at that price.

Great company, great product but $2400?!?!? Oh hells no.

I got my Kooks coated and mids for $1500 which I though was a tad high.

Wait a while they will come down, or they just wont sell many.

My understanding from the other post is that the price includes all the way back to the mufflers, in other words, a complete exhaust kit.

Yeah 2400 is nuts. You could buy a welder and a pipe bender for that price and make your own for that price. 1200 would still be a little pricey.

You got to be kidding me. There is no way that system could be higher than the corvette tax induced chit i got to buy. You can buy a Z06 system without the mufflers for 1600 bucks

Once they put the new mufflers on there it will be more worth the money. If you think about it thats a whole exhaust for that much. If you buy just the Borla it is $1,500 and thats without LT's or even the GMPP shorties will be $1000 and the catback will be $850. So yeah its expensive, but compared to some others its not a horrible deal imo.

Btw the car shounds mean already, I can't wait to hear it when its all finished.

i talked to the guys at kooks today and the $2400 is for the entire exhaust system from the headers to the exhaust tips. from my understanding of Badgers other thread is that they havent yet installed the kooks mufflers due to kooks moving there facility.

Guys....this is Temporary...The X pipe and rest of the Whole Kooks system is being made then shipped to me...the headers are 2 inch to 3 inch X pipe back to Kooks race mufflers....you can see the system on their website as it was prototyped on my car...so the system from Kooks will be 1 7/8 headers into full 3 inch all the way back with a set of polished tips...that is what you get for 2400....I am using my stock catback until the other parts are shipped....Check thier website for the pics of the system...again...Mine is not done yet. that is temporary...but one of thier options if you don't want the whole system. I hope this clears things up a bit.

LOL, my pleasure. Now I just need to make it through the summer without having an apoplexy (time cannot go fast enough until I can order next spring)! Are you going to get a tune once the x pipe back portion is installed? I am curious to see how these compare to the ARH system.
