Edmonton and Fort McMurray, sorry :(

Taking a trip to Calgary/Brooks on Monday is the closest I will get to Saskatchewan this year.

Off for a 1000km break in cruise tomorrow through the province and then hopefully some good weather on Tuesday for taking the outside pictures.

2250 km road report

CON

- the only con I can find on the entire care is the shoulder 'comfort' straps to hold the seat belt lower, which pop off with almost no effort, which kind of makes them not useful ... maybe something like the ones on the cobalt?

PRO

- everything else ...
- 9.2 L/100 km mileage
- 0 to 60 in (dashdaq time so not truly official) 4.1 seconds
- 1/4 mile in (dashdaq time so not truly official) 11.9 seconds
- brakes incredible, 60 to 0 was so quick I was suprised the anti lock brakes had not activated
- CAI kept IAT within 2 degrees at speed of AAT
- had some outdoor pics taken today and just waiting for them to be e-mailed to me
- dyno sheets and data sheets from tuning shop on the way as well
- rear diff fluid replaced w/ LSD additive
- exhaust welded up, this plus tune civilized the exhaust on start up but lets the wild show through when opening the throttle up
- CAI needed 3 different circle clamps before we found one that would keep the filter on the intake

Time for this driver to call it a night, it has been a long three weeks of completing the build, testing, tuning and breaking in.
