Seems like the covers are starting to come off! I drove my 2010 early in the season but this year I will wait for some street sweeping to happen. The novelty is high on my ZL1. It was delivered on Boxing Day via flat deck and wasn't even started. I don't want to hear her yet in fear of driving it early. My tires have had many warnings about the cold and cracking so I'm not willing to chance it. Maybe next winter I will get some cold weather tires so on the not so bad days I can get out for a spin! Chinooks happen here quite often in the winter months!

I was the same way for the first couple of years. But a couple of long road trips and ton of rock chips, I now drive it whenever I can! I'm not sure my tires have the same requirements as yours though!

Nfrnoss..... It is only the F1 G2's by Goodyear. Extreme caution from 5 degrees down while driving. If subject to minus 7 they can't roll. If subjected to sub zero temps they must be warmed to 5 degrees for 24 hrs before rolling. There is a bulletin from Goodyear in the ZL1 forum. So unless I can find a set of cold weather shoes I am parked until warmer weather. Safety is a pretty important part.

I'm hoping to align my summer boots with my next oil change - so they can re-learn my TPMS. The dealership in Cornwall are pretty cool to deal with

Firehawk Indy Wide oval's aren't too bad on the cold pavement.. 323 HP isn't enough to lay a patch

No summer tire should be used until the lowest average temp is 45F. Traction is not optimal until then.

I'm going to try to get mine booked in for the body repairs in the next week or so. Also need an oil change, may as well switch over the tires at the same time. Aaaannnnd while I'm there, will have the dealer check out my brakes, definitely something going on with them.

We think a warped rotor. Get some vibration when braking over 100km/hr. Started noticing it a couple of weeks ago.

Well I called the dealer about the brakes, taking it in on Wednesday to have them look at them, they figure it should be covered under warranty!!! Here's hoping!
