Sorry about that....guys had a slot and had to jump on it. Wasn't much to look at under the hood anyway as I pulled a bunch of crap off so it was a little more "mechanic friendly".

Pretty average day trying to finish this wreck......

Melted my gas tank, picked up another one.

Then poured salt in the wound when we discovered a slight K-member to oil pan interference, decided to shorten my plug wires, ordered some v-clamp & couplings to create a new joint between headers and exhaust. Said f-it while i was in a bad mood and ordered up a set of SFC's and some sticky heat shielding so we don't repeat the first problem.

Just another day in try to get aftermarket shit to fit like OEM

New tank ready to go up with some "insurance" shielding. Real shielding will be tacked in place on the pipes themselves...pics to come. Plug wires are done, K-member to oil pan has been clearanced.

Is it ironic my tank is shiney too?

Exhaust do over. Going with coupled flanges at the headers for better seal and serviceability.





New tank in place....



Oil pan to K cleared....

Assuming everything is finished today....its on the dyno for a few days and then off to for a front end alignment.

Assuming all goes as planned over the next week or two, should finally get some seat time and maybe a few kills
