Refreshed "Camaro" VS 50th Anv. Mustang

So, what do you think is going to sell better? The refreshed Camaro or the Next gen 2014.5 Mustang. Personally, I can almost guarantee that the Mustang will look better, perform better, sound better and sell better. Thoughts?

Off that picture I'd say Mustang and I hate Mustangs and will never own one. You can bet that Mustang is base model, with the GT and GT500 having a more aggressive front end.

I'm waiting to see the new Barracuda.
Pics above looks like a Fusion front end stuck to a Genesis rear. Gives Dodge a chance to take the lead for sure

I'd say it shows some of Ford's old Aston Martin blood line from their time together. Very, very nice!

Camaro "refresh" looks sweet from the front, whats up with the tail lights though??? Round tail lights belong on a Chevy, if not they should have copied those from a 67-69 more closely.

Spy shots and rumors show no difference in the mustang look in exception of IRS. Engine will remain the same for 2015.

But who knows. I still doubt that the new refreshed Camaro will perform better than the old ones. It looks lighter !!

spy shots are all just test mules...engines will probably stay the same just would expect a bump in hp and the new 2015 is supposed to be even lighter. will definitely be good times for us all

The new Mustang S550 platform is rumored to be 2-300lbs lighter, and the Coyote is supposed to be getting DI, which I hope would bump the power to 450 at a minimum, and hopefully fuel economy by at least 10%. Like stated above, the current body with the IRS test mules are just that. I don't know how the sales and performance will be of any one of the models, but I for one am not a big fan of the way the Coyote sounds compared to the older 4.6 3V and LSx engines. I mean, it sounds good because it's a V8, but it can't hold a candle to a LT+no chamber mufflers attached to a 3v or an LS3.

That's just a testing mule - they simply took the current car and attached upgraded internals/mechanicals to it for testing purposes. There were a bunch of pictures of the new IRS attached to a current S197 body, but you can bet the 2015 is going to look drastically different.

Which is going to sell better? Who knows. I don't like the look of the renders of the Mustang though, looks way too much like an Accord coupe.

I actually really like those renderings. That would be a great looking car imo.
