The fact that GM can offer a model like the Z/28 proves how much profit they've raked in with the 5th gen.

I can't believe it. A definite sale for me. I just got off the phone with my buddy at the dealership to order one as soon as humanly possible. I certainly hope it comes in Rally Yellow. This car is a dream car.

Ya.........

The weight difference between a camaro and mustang was 200 lbs. The z/28 just made it 100 lbs and now shoved in a 500 hp LS7 in there with dry sump oiling system. The makes the boss 444 hp lag far behind not to mention the GT 5.0. Mustang owners should be worried.

I think the one thing that people seem to overlook is how much they will miss a decent sounding radio. With only one speaker in the entire car people that think they will enjoy driving this on the street just for bragging rights are going to quickly get tired of not having any good tunes to listen to. Then they will start trying to add their own stereo. Then the weight starts being piled back on. Then you may as well have gotten a ZL1 because that is the performance car for those that have to have comfort and performance.
