Like it or not, I think the days of the retro are over. Just like the upcoming Mustang is not expected to look like anything from the past, I doubt seriously that the 6th generation Camaro will either. If you love your pre-2014 because it reminds you of the past, it might be a good idea to hang on to it as long as possible.

2014 Chevrolet Camaro Model Changes Dealership PDF Brochure

Here is the link for it, for those looking to find the changes and what not. This shows whats new and whats taken away. Noticed alot of members still don't know if the 1LE will still be offered, etc. I do not take credit for this, it was posted from another member.

Front looks good and I love the z28 package, but god that rear is terrible. Looks like a mix of Acura RSX and Honda Prelude in the back.

completely agree, the back end already looks sick, I say if it ain't broke don't fix it. With that being said, I was hoping they would go to a more retro design, but I understand with technology in aerodynamics and gas mileage, it prevents those days from ever coming back...

You may very well be right, and I have no insights, but the 2014 wrap-around tailights with the integral reverse lights look very similar to those on the /74 to /81 second gen Camaros (and the Chevy Monza of circa /75 to /77)...hmmm.
