Diablo intune no 93 octane. NOOB QUESTION

So it only shows the 91 tune. If I only use 93 octane can this hurt my LS3 if I select 91 with 93 fuel?

I read on diablo forum that there is no specific tune for the 93 octane that it has to be done manually. Any one know how to turn off skip shift, add air raid cdi, and change what ever else I need to change safely?
