BMR Anti Wheel Hop Kit

FREE SHIPPING ON THE FOLLOWING BMR FABRICATION ANTI WHEEL HOP SUSPENSION KIT

The Camaro is a terriffic performer right out of the gate, but when you really put the power to the ground wheel hop can be an issue, especially if you have added some horsepower.

As good as the Camaro is the rear suspension still has a lot of deflection(flexing of the rear suspension components). When you have deflection in the rear suspension the rear tire does not stay in complete contact with the road, when tire road contact is comprimised you get wheel hop. The obvious effect of wheel hop is loss of traction which means you go nowhere fast with the potential of breaking suspension parts if the hop gets to violent.

To keep wheel hop under control MTI Racing has put together a BMR Fabrication suspension kit that will do just that. We have personel experience with the parts in question, they are on our shop car and we have had great success keeping wheel hop under control. Not only did it reduce wheel hop dramaticaly, but the whole car now feels like a sports car with the added rigidity to reduce deflection in the suspension.

The parts used are the BMR Subframe Connectors, Transmission Tunnel Brace, Adjustable Toe Rods, and Trailing Arms. The Trailing Arms and Toe Rods replace the stamped stock pieces that cause a lot of deflection in the suspension while the Subframe Connectors and Tunnel Brace tie everything together for the sportscar feel.
