2013 camaro 2ss vs a 2011 cts v sedan...

Hi all. Let me first start off by saying that I traded in my G8 GT for my SS. I loved that G8, but missed the stick. Now, I love my SS. It is the best car that I have ever had and have entertained putting a supercharger on it. Now, I came across this cts v. It looks like a combination between a zl1 and G8....I am considering doing the unthinkable and trading my camaro in for it.........any thoughts, guidance would be appreciated.

I almost traded my SS in for a 2012 CTS-V Sedan that was White Diamond. It was BEAUTIFUL. But I am 25 yrs old and couldn't justify me adding 20K on to my note. That being said, the V is a bad ass ride. Basically getting a ZL1 in a luxury car. The magnetic ride control is a great option and then interior itself is amazing. I almost wish I didn't take it for a test drive because I wish I would of pulled the trigger on it.

I would LOVE to have a CTS-V sedan. They are basically a ZL1 with a sedan body.

Best regards,

Tyler

No contest in my book. The CTS-V wins hands down...more power, better handling, the interior is amazing, and it looks bad ass!! if i could afford one the Camaro would be gone LOL!

Dpends on what your tastes are. Obviously the performance and luxury features are out of this world but you give up the sporty look. It's a GREAT looking vehicle, but just doesn't have a sporty, head-turning look obviously. If the performance and features are what matters most then get the CTS V, but if you still want the sporty look then hold off.

I traded my 2010 White Diamond CTS-V with all options including recaro seats for a 2013 Convertible ZL1. Never been happier. The ZL1 is faster, handles better and has the biggest sunroof ever.....LOL

for the price you could have a used zl1, which is a lot faster, and its still a camaro!

Performance wise... here is my buddy and me. I had headers at the time with a CAI and tune. He is an auto with a CAI, tune, and muffler delete. Both of us were running on our stock rubber. They are fast as heck with lots of creature comforts.

I made the move from a bolt-on SS to a CTS-V sedan last summer (see sig below). The V is the best bang for the buck in the luxury sport sedan market. It is more grown up and more comfortable than the Camaro, especially if back seat access and room is important to you. It does lack some of the fun factor I enjoyed about the Camaro. The Camaro is still the better windows-down cruiser and gets way more attention.

All depends on what you need/want from a car. Hard to go wrong either way.

I would give just about anything (including my SS) for a CTSV sedan.

One of the only cars I would consider to trade the SS for is a CTS-V. The VP of my company just traded in here volvo S60 for a brand new CTS-V and we are going to trade cars on a nice day! I hope I don't get disappointed when I get back in the Camaro.

we like to park next to each other now haha

now I did say CONSIDER! i don't know if I would actually do it. I too came from a G8 GT and throw my man card out if you want, i cried when I traded it in even tho I was excited for the camaro. The G8 was and still is an amazing car.
