Question problem in trunk

Hello,

I forget what the part is called, but that screen that must be pulled forward and latched for the top to function is coming apart. The mesh is separating from the bar.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I haven't heard it happening to anyone else, but it should be covered under warranty.

Thanks. Glad they're not passing the buck and blaming you for putting something in the trunk that's taller then the bar when drawn thereby causing the ripping.

The fabric is pulling out of the bar evenly across it's full width. I think that coupled with the tear was enough for them.

My dealer is really good about this kind of stuff.
