I got mine tinted today. Looks amazing. 5% on the back 3 and legal on the front two. Going to get my catch can installed today or tomorrow and I have my new spoiler being fabricated. Can't wait for it to get here! Funny story, my salesman said the day it showed up, two people tried to buy it when he pulled it up front to get pics. He also said that all the sales people were drooling over it. Pretty awesome

whats the "legal tint" on the front two? I need pics of these tint jobs. i plan on tinting mine, but dont know what % yet. surprisingly, it looks fairly tinted already, probably because its all black.

Different Laws in different States.
From: http://www.tintlaws.com/
HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN WISCONSIN?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Wisconsin, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
• Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
• Front Side Windows Must allow more than 50% of light in.
• Back Side Windows Must allow more than 35% of light in.
• Rear Window Must allow more than 35% of light in.

HOW REFLECTIVE CAN THE TINT BE IN WISCONSIN?
Similar to sunglass lenses, some tinting film contain metallic elements that help in reflecting incoming light and reducing the glare and heat generated by visible light.
• Front Side Windows No reference to reflectivity in the current law.
• Back Side Windows No reference to reflectivity in the current law.

OTHER WISCONSIN RULES AND REGULATIONS
• Restricted Colors No colors of tint are explicitly banned.
• Side Mirrors Dual side mirrors are required if back window is tinted.
• Certificate Requirements Manufacturers of film do NOT need to certify the film they sell in the state.
• Sticker Requirements No sticker to identify legal tinting is required.
• Medical Exemption State allows medical exemptions for special tint. For more details about the specific terms of the exemption, consult your state law.

i know what the laws are here, i was asking what your law is, since you said you were staying legal, i want to know what percent your getting, and then i want pics, si i can see what percent i want to go. to tell you the truth, it would be a waiste for me to tint my windows if i was going to follow the legal %.

Huge congrats to everyone!

Sorry I had to go ghost for a bit, I've been trying to get something straightened out with my car (literally).

So, as you guys saw, my car arrived at the dealership Tuesday. I posted pics as soon as my salesman texted them to me. Now, two days later, I pic up the car. The car looks great, no scratches, dents, etc. However, there was an issue with the front bumper lining up on the passenger side. I have a pic on my phone and I'll post it in a few minutes. I already took delivery of the car, but I want you guys to give me your honest opinion on something after you view the pic. I'm under the impression that the car was hit somehow, either on the dealer lot or during transport.

Now, my salesman is a good friend of mine and claims that he was the only one to drive the car at the dealership and that definitely nothing happened during the two days it was there. He even went on to say that it seems like a manufacturing defect. Nevertheless, I'll post the picture in a few minutes and I want you guys to tell me what you think, especially Gearhead. Thanks guys.

I obviously brought it to the attention of my salesman who then brought in the dealership's body shop manager. The body shop manager attempted to fix the gap right in front of me, and while it is straight now, it's not completely flush.

If the weather is nice tomorrow, I'm going to try to remove the bumper to get a better look at everything.

my guess it got that way during transporting, i mean i think of these people loading and unloading these vehicles probably get complacent in there jobs, and shit happens. One time i got a new truck and it had a scratch and dent on the roof. how the hell would that get up there, except during delivery.

Those were my thoughts as well. The fenders are fine, so I was thinking maybe the bottom of the bumper caught something coming off the truck and presto.

Oh yea, I was ecstatic. But then I made sure I looked everything over real well. Fortunately, this is the only cosmetic flaw.

Well, I found the culprit. You'll see what I'm talking about from the pic. It looks like my theory was correct. The bottom passenger side of the bumper definitely caught something (either pulling of the truck, train etc.) and was beginning to pull off the bumper. That lip is supposed to be straight, as is the the metal tab on the fender that attaches to the bumper.Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21369684406.554605.jpg

Fortunately, is a super easy fix and no other damage was done to the car. Am I pissed? Not really. Am I annoyed? Just a little. But I understand these things happen and I'm just thankful the rest of the car is flawless.
