Dealers can't give away Dusk Editions?

Is it just me or does it seem like all dealers have 2013 Dusk Edition Camaro's on their lot that have been sitting for months upon months. One local dealer has like 3 Dusk Editions on their lot that have been there for about the past 4 or 5 months, another local small Chevy Dealer has one that they can't get sold yet both dealers can sell every other Camaro on their lot in the mean time. Is this just a regional thing or is this a nationwide thing that people just don't like them or like the Blue Ray Metallic color?

Perhaps the premium on the option is too high? I saw the concept in 2010 and loved it but it is a lot of money for some different colors and wheels. It is the same car underneath. Some people balk at that. I like them, though.

Yeah the MSRP on them are $43k-$44k. The one dealer has 3 of them all 2SS Manual's. lol.

I think a lot of us thought the premium was over priced. Unlike 1le which seems like a steal to me

As stated, the package price was too high in my opinion. On top of that, are they trying to sell them or do they have additional charges added onto the cost.

Personally, I've not seen one in person. Neither on the road or at the dealer.

And my local dealer, which is willing to deal on pricing, has two ZL1's in their showroom since last fall. They are likely still there because they have a $5000 charge on top of the MSRP.

did you know you can add the 1 le to the v6?

you can all you gotta do is get the 1 le package part number and pay the dealer money for the gm performance parts... there is also a part number for the zl1 brake kit to put on the v6...

you think camaro coupe and verts for 2014 should be had at invoice given 4 years out now and alot on the road? exceptions 1 LE and ZL1 and special color maybe? i am looking at 2lt coupe and 1 lt vert, as prices would be similar. and some 2013 verts new, now below invoice, as gm has 1500 rebate. i guess this time of year good to get a vert as summer winds down.

If you could get 1LE on a V6 for the same price from the factory that would be cool. The scenario you're talking about would put you well over the price of an SS. Somebody will do it though.

I saw a Dusk in Ft Lauderdale it was flat out stunning. It was a 2ss w/NAV and NPP. The interior cam out gorgeous on those cars. Unfortunately it's a "show only" option. I'm more of a meat and potatoes kind of guy. Hence my 2SS/1LE/RS with Nav/NPP. I would like it to have more detail in the interior though. I have a few plans.

I already added the ZL1 rockers and a Vert spoiler...

The 21" wheels stopped me cold. Wheels should have been 20". Ride quality and acceleration, braking penalty. Not to mention cost of replacement tires.

Man... I get you on the performance penalties but simmer down about tire prices. The Good Years on my 1LE are about $400 each...
