Problems after tune?

AM i crazy or do i have a problem i just install kook 1 7/8 headers and 3 exhaust high flow cats if you want to know and got a typhoon intake.

My question is When i take off and have to slow down fast it feels like i am driving a Stick the car shifts down fast is that normal. There no loud noise just i feel it never did that before but people said its because i tune the transmission to perform better with the MODS.

Any way has anyone has any issues with there tranny after Tuned
